Turning the Tides is taking action.
We're raising awareness of ways humans harm the ocean.
We're promoting ocean friendly technologies and alternatives to plastics.
We're launching workshop, camps, events and curriculum that emphasize the interconnectedness of plants, animals and humans with the ocean.
We're partnering with
ORCA - Organization Cientifica Para Conservation de Animales: Mamiferos Marinos (Organization for research and conservation) www.orca.org.pe
in Peru, to promote student exchange and joint internet musical events.
We're reaching out to other Pacific Ocean communities to work together to raise awareness about the importance of the ocean to us all.
